The Basin Rim Trail

Linda and I started our hike from the Wild River Campground in Evans Notch, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We hiked to the Rim Junction at the top of the Basin Rim Trail. The trail followed Blue Brook most of the way. There were stretches of smooth rock that the brook flowed through and many pools and waterfalls. At the top of the Rim we could look east towards the Evans Notch Road and see The Basin.
